1. General Information

  • These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, stays, and use of services provided by Kendrick International Hotel.
  • By confirming a booking or entering our premises, you agree to these terms.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Reservations & Bookings

  • All room bookings are subject to availability.
  • Guests must provide accurate personal details when making a reservation.
  • A valid phone number and email address are required to confirm bookings.
  • Full or partial payment may be required to secure a reservation.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: Before 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

4. Payment Policy

  • We accept cash, mobile money (MoMo), and card payments.
  • All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedi (₵) and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • For online bookings, payments must be completed before arrival unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on circumstances.
  • No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

6. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests, staff, and hotel property.
  • Illegal activities, harassment, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
  • Any damages to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest.

7. Nightclub Policy

  • The Kendrick Nightclub is open to guests 18 years and above.
  • Guests staying at the hotel enjoy free or discounted entry, depending on ongoing promotions.
  • Management reserves the right to deny entry to intoxicated or unruly individuals.
  • Drugs and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

  • Kendrick International Hotel is not responsible for:
    • Loss or theft of personal belongings.
    • Injuries resulting from negligence, misuse of facilities, or third-party activities.
  • Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Information provided during booking is used solely for reservation and guest service purposes.
